Every time I do a tutorial, I get tons of questions about how I do my signature winged eyeliner. So I thought I would dedicate an entire video to this simple technique so you guys can see in detail how fast and easy it really is!

What you will need:
Felt tip liquid eyeliner
Potted gel eyeliner
Fine tip eyeliner brush
